Long Term Care Ombudsman

The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program monitors nursing and rest homes, enabling residents to voice their concerns and have their complaints addressed. The Ombudsman program receives, investigates, and resolves problems so that residents can live their lives with dignity and respect.
