Options Counseling
You have choices for long-term care and we can help! We assist individuals in need of long-term care services to make informed choices about the services and settings that best meet their needs, allowing them to live as independently as possible in the setting of their choice.
Who is eligible?
- People who are at least 60 years of age
- Individuals with a disability who are at least 18 years of age
How can we help you?
An Elder Care Advisor will work with you to:
- Help develop a personal long-term care plan
- Connect you to different resources that help pay for long term care
- Give you information about community services
- Make referrals as needed

The Options Counseling Program is administered by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, and is a service of the Aging and Disability Resources Consortiums.
