Nutrition Education
Community Grants Title III RFP FFY 2025
Greater Springfield Senior Services is pleased to manage a Community Grants Program to fund various programs authorized by the federal Older Americans Act. Funding is offered for elder legal services, transportation support, in-home supportive services, and nutrition projects.
All grants are subject to federal funding availability. This is a competitive process, and requests are expected to exceed available funding.
The project period is October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. Requests are due by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 10, 2024.
