Volunteer Opportunities
Want to feel good about yourself and help someone else at the same time? Our trained volunteers meet new people, develop new skills, discover new experiences, and most importantly, participate as a member of a dynamic team working to make life a little easier for
those age 60 and older and those who care for them.

Healthy Living Group Leader
Be a part of a two person leadership team offering 6 - 8 week group experiences
to those in your community. Group Leaders receive training and will present
evidence based health information and facilitate group discussion and individual
goal setting. This is a great way to increase your own knowledge and share
it with others at the same time. Select the curriculum which matches your
