The mission of Greater Springfield Senior Services is to support older adults and individuals with disabilities so they can stay in their homes and community for as long as they choose. We provide a person centered approach with a wide range of services to address care plan needs of each consumer we support.

Adult Foster Care

Persons over the age of 16 who have chronic medical conditions and are unable to safely live alone can receive the support they need.

The CAWM program provides Long-Term Services and Supports Community Partners to oversee wellness and independence of individuals.

The Money Management program assists individuals with low income, having difficulty keeping up with their bills and needing assistance with budgeting and check writing.

Assists Commonwealth Care Alliance One Care members with accessing services by working with a Long Term Service Coordinator.

In-home support and training to MassHealth or a Senior Care Option members who have a chronic condition and/or disability and require assistance with activities of daily living.
