Supportive Housing

Supportive Housing is a program that combines subsidized housing with social and supportive services for current residents. The program's goal is to reduce social isolation and foster a supportive, engaging community. While residents have their own apartments, they are encouraged to participate in planned activities. Supportive Housing Coordinators also act as liaisons to the housing authorities and can assist residents in finding and applying for in-home services as needed.
