The GSSSI Information and Referral Department excels at assisting people in finding information about services, benefits, and programs that support older adults, persons living with disabilities, and their caregivers. Our highly trained, bilingual team of Information and Referral Specialists stand at the ready to assist callers in making referrals to our various in-house programs, locate other public benefits, or case consult with community professionals. Customer Service is our highest priority and our I&R team will ask callers a series of questions that will help determine the caller's next steps.
