Jill Keough
Executive Director
Jill has been GSSSI’s Executive Director since 2017. Jill came to GSSSI with over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and senior living sectors. The foundation for Jill's vision is based on GSSSI's long history of supporting older adults and persons with disabilities within their communities. Jill believes GSSSI’s focus is to always improve the consumer experience through communication, collaboration, and coordination. GSSSI is committed to exploring new and innovative ways to improve the consumer experience through strategic partnerships and/or associations, as well as technology. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Communications from Bentley University. She previously served as an Officer in Mass HomeCare and a board member for other community-based organizations.
Magy Ramos
Managed Care and Mass Health Director
Magy has been a part of the Greater Springfield Senior Services Team since 2005. Throughout her career with GSSSI, Magy has ascended through various senior leadership positions before accepting the role of Managed Care and Mass Health Programs Director in 2019. Magy currently oversees the Senior Care Options and One Care Programs, Accountable Care Organization, Adult Foster Care, and Personal Care Management programs. She holds a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University.
Patricia Young
Administration & Finance Director
Patee joined GSSSI in 1997. Patee is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Fiscal Department, managing an annual budget in excess of $33 million. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Western New England University.
Ann Marie Garner
Quality Assurance/Improvement Director
Ann-Marie has been a part of the Greater Springfield Senior Services team since 2017. Ann-Marie brings to her role over 15 years of Aging Service Access Point experience. She currently oversees the agencies' compliance of Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement program regulations; staff training and the internships program. She holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Human Services, from Mount Saint Mary College, NY.
Anna Randall
Area Agency on Aging Director
Anna has been with Greater Springfield Senior Services since 2008 and has held several progressive leadership roles within the agency before becoming the Community Services Director in 2020. Anna oversees the Nutrition, Ombudsman, Information & Referral, and Family Caregiver Departments and other programs federally funded by the Older Americans Act. Anna has been a Certified Dementia Practitioner since 2017 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications & International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Laura Albano
Client Services Director
Laura joined the GSSSI team in 2022, and she oversees the State Home Care, Provider Contracting, Supportive/Congregate Housing, and Money Management Programs. Prior to her arrival, Laura began her career in the ASAP network as a Care Advisor at our sister agency, Highland Valley Elder Services, and was promoted to the Home Care Program Director in 2016. Laura has been asked to represent the ASAP networks in various Executive Office of Elder Affairs workgroups and is passionate about providing quality services to our older adult community. Laura has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Westfield State University.
